He serves on the Supervisory Board of the B Beauty Coalition and frequently shares insights on sustainability, packaging, ethical reshoring, and China’s evolving role in global supply chains.
Based in Hong Kong, Pascal leads teams in Hong Kong and Shanghai, driving innovation in supply chain, manufacturing, and sustainable solutions.

Winnie brings over 25 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, and sustainability, with a track record in global operations, vendor compliance, and sustainability strategies aligned with international best practices. As a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Chartered Sustainable Supply Chain & Logistics Professional (CSSCLP™), she has successfully led organizational restructures, supplier performance programs, and sustainability initiatives across industries.
At Concept 4, Winnie guides her team in building resilient, responsible, and innovative supply chains, emphasizing collaboration, risk management, and sustainability integration to uphold B Corp™ commitments and foster long-term partnerships.
Beyond the boardroom: A passionate hiking enthusiast, Winnie loves exploring Hong Kong’s many mountain trails, finding inspiration in nature’s challenges and beauty!

Over the past 26 years, he has built an incredible team of creative, adaptable minds and fostered a working environment that is both dynamic and fun.
