Our Commitment

Improvement is at the core of our optimised strategy as we reimagine products and packaging to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise space. By refining existing designs, we create solutions that aim to lower emissions while maintaining commercial viability.

How We Optimise

Our optimisation process involves refining designs based on a first sample or existing product, guided by specific criteria to ensure measurable improvements:

Reduced Space

Achieving at least 15% space reduction through foldable packaging or redesigned product bases for efficient shipping and storage.

Eliminated Empty Space

Removing unnecessary fitments in packaging to eliminate empty space beyond what’s needed for product protection.

Reduced Weight

Lowering product weight by at least 10%, such as using hollow structures or resizing non-functional elements.

Reduced Compositions

Simplifying the number of materials used within a single product to streamline production and recycling.

Fabric Optimization

Improving material use by at least 15% through random cut prints, size adjustments, or enhanced lay-planning to reduce waste.

Product Capabilities

We design with intention. Our packaging minimizes empty space, ensuring every inch works hard. All-over prints for example, retain a pouche’s vibrancy without the wastage of a placement print, maximizing surface use without excess. We streamline materials for simplicity and sustainability—swapping synthetic webbing for cotton in our totes and ditching elastic in sleep masks for a cleaner footprint.

Our gift sets embody thoughtful coherence. We’ve replaced poly microfiber hair wraps with cotton alternatives, pairing them with matching scrunchies and cotton pads. By standardizing items, like turning a mix of hand creams and nail tools into a unified set of three hand creams, we reduce the number of compositions used in each product or set.

Balancing Quality & Sustainability in Product Design

Optimised design reduces material waste, lowers shipping costs, and minimises environmental impact without sacrificing quality. By refining our products and packaging, we contribute to a more efficient supply chain, empowering clients and their consumers to make eco-conscious choices.
