Our journey began with a simple belief: Business Can Make a Difference.
Nine years ago, a pivotal introduction to EcoVadis set us on a path toward a more structured approach to sustainability. By 2021, we discovered the B Movement, which felt like the missing piece of our puzzle.
Though we didn’t have all the answers, we took the first steps. The B Corp framework equipped us with the tools to measure and enhance our impact in meaningful ways— from prioritsing the well-being of our employees and engaging with our community to safeguarding the environment and upholding ethical governance.
The B Movement is a global initiative to transform the economy into one that’s inclusive, equitable, and regenerative. Certified B Corps work together, using business to drive positive impact for all people, communities, and the planet. Guided by the Theory of Change, we’re building a better way to do business—one that puts purpose alongside profit.
Being a B Corp™ means we’re committed to using our business as a force for good. It’s about blending purpose with profit to drive positive change—working closely with our clients, suppliers, local community, and the environment. It’s not just a certification; it’s a promise to hold ourselves to a higher standard of accountability and impact.
Becoming a B Corp™ is a rigorous process that starts with the B Impact Assessment, a tool to measure your company’s impact on workers, community, environment, and customers.
Since 2021, we have embedded social and environmental goals into our decision-making, aligning with global frameworks focusing on SDGs like Good Health, Gender Equality, and Climate Action. Our ethical foundation includes ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery and ISO 27001 Information Security certifications, ensuring transparency and accountability.
We have updated our Labour & Human Rights Policy to promote fair treatment, inclusion, and diversity, introduced flexible work options and parental leave. Our tailored training programs, education reimbursement policy, and ISO 45001 Health & Safety certification also support employee growth and safety. We encourage regular surveys to keep our team engaged and heard!
Our Sustainable Procurement Policy prioritises local, ethical suppliers, while annual Supplier Satisfaction Surveys and training foster transparent partnerships. We engage communities through NGO partnerships, charity events, and a Donation Matching Policy that amplifies employee giving.
Our Environmental Policy is guided by a Materiality Assessment. We have adopted Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace principles, installed recycling bins, and reduced water usage. Supplier audits now emphasise environmental responsibility, and we track carbon emissions (Scope 1, 2, 3), earning ISO 14064-1 certification and reporting to CDP.
We develop sustainable products with certifications like FSC, GOTS, and Fair Trade, while prioritising eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging. Customer satisfaction surveys guide our focus on quality and sustainability. Our ethical marketing policy also ensures transparent, inclusive communication, building trust with customers who share our values.
